Shipping fee: We have recently changed our FLAT RATE shipping fees and have also added an express shipping option, for those who would like to receive their package earlier.

Domestic shipping (Canada):

Standard shipping: $14 CAD / Express shipping: $24 CAD

International shipping (USA):

Standard shipping: $20 CAD / Express shipping: $30 CAD

International shipping (Ireland & UK):

Standard shipping: $30 CAD / Express shipping: $40

Processing time: Each order is carefully prepared and processed within an estimated time frame of 3-10 business days. Orders can also be processed earlier than the given time frame. (depending on order size and demand) Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. In a scenario of delayed processing time, I will be reaching out to you directly via email.

Shipping: We currently ship around Canada, USA, Ireland and United Kingdom. We always strive to pack and dispatch your orders as efficiently as possible, while maintaining the quality and care your items deserve.

Damage and delays: After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. While most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks (estimated time frame), delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Product condition: We would like to acknowledge that all of our products are thoughtfully packed with great care and with the intent of keeping them in mint condition. However, in some cases, there may be a chance that items become defective through transit. While this is out of our control, we appreciate your understanding. We will always do our best to ensure your order is packed properly, while making sure it is in the best possible condition upon arrival :)
